Celebrate by the water

Function bookings are available to members and their guests, subject to availability and management approval.
Our team can assist with available dates, suitable spaces, food options, beverage arrangements and key
requirements for your event.

Waterfront Setting

Enjoy a relaxed harbourfront venue in the heart of Double Bay, with selected Club areas available depending
on the size and style of your event.

Food & Beverage

Choose from catering options, beverage packages, bar tabs or guest-paid arrangements, depending on your event
needs and approval.

Member Benefit

Functions are available as a benefit of Club membership. A member must book the function and be present for
the duration of the event.

Function Times

Our standard function times are:

Afternoon
1:00pm – 5:00pm

Evening
6:00pm – 10:00pm

Please note that exclusion periods may apply during our sailing season from October to March, including most Sundays.

Before you enquire

Function bookings are subject to availability and management approval. A member must be responsible for the
booking and must be in attendance for the duration of the function.

Functions are generally suitable for 20 to 50 guests. Functions of 51 to 60 guests may be considered at the
Club’s discretion, depending on availability, space, staffing and operational requirements.

Deposits, staffing fees, catering requirements and cancellation conditions may apply. Please review the documents
below before submitting your enquiry.

Capacity guide

Functions are generally suitable for 20 to 50 guests. Functions of 51 to 60 guests may be considered at the Club’s discretion and are not guaranteed.

Food and beverage

Where catering is required, food must be ordered for a minimum of 70% of total guests in accordance with our RSA.

Functions over 30 guests require one dedicated function staff member. Functions over 50 guests require two. Dedicated function host is included with Skipper, Commodore and Admiral packages.

Piper-Heidsieck Champagne toast is $20 per person.

Magnum bottles are estimated from $160 each. Subject to Availability.
