Celebrate by the harbour

Function bookings are available to Club members and their guests, subject to availability and management approval. Our team can assist with suitable spaces, available dates, beverage packages, catering options and event requirements. A current Club member must be responsible for the booking and must be present for the duration of the function. New members are welcome to enquire about membership as part of the booking process.

Lounge & Quarter Deck

A relaxed waterfront option for cocktail-style celebrations, birthdays, corporate drinks and casual gatherings. This space is generally suitable for 20 to 50 guests, with larger groups considered at the Club’s discretion.

Standard times 1:00pm – 5:00pm or 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Restaurant Bookings

Our fully serviced dining room is ideal for smaller seated celebrations, family lunches, relaxed dinners and private gatherings with food from our restaurant menu.

Alf Beashel Room

A semi-private space suited to smaller groups, meetings, lunches, workshops, birthdays, post-race gatherings and private celebrations.

Capacity guide Approximately 15 to 32 guests

Booking requirements

A current Club membership is required for private function bookings.
Function bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
Standard function times are 1:00pm – 5:00pm and 6:00pm – 10:00pm.
Exclusion periods may apply during sailing season from October to March, including most Sundays.
Deposits, staffing fees, catering requirements and cancellation terms may apply.

Food & beverage

Beverage packages, bar tabs and guest-paid arrangements may be available.
Finger food is generally required where catering applies.
Where catering is required, food must usually be ordered for a minimum of 70% of total guests.
Champagne toast, magnum bottles and harbour eskies may be available as add-ons.
RSA requirements and Club service limits apply at all times.

The Alf Beashel Room

Named in honour of one of our Club’s esteemed figures, the Alf Beashel Room is a beautifully designed, semi-private space with warm wood panelling, natural light and a clean, modern feel.

Flexible layouts High tables can convert to standard dining height for banquet-style or cocktail-style configurations.

Comfortable setting Suitable for meetings, lunches, celebrations and casual gatherings.

Large TV screen Useful for presentations, slideshows, sporting events or family videos.

Private bar service Dedicated bartender hire may be available by arrangement.
