Functions Bookings

Booking a function at the 18 Footers is just one benefit you get as a member of the club. But don’t worry if you are not a member. We offer a one time temporary membership option that lasts for a month. This allows you to book your function with us and enjoy the many other member benefits on offer at the club. After a month, you have the option to transfer to a gold or silver membership option. OR you can go straight to selecting a gold or silver membership too! A FEW REQUIREMENTS IN ADDITION TO MEMBERSHIP FOR LOUNGE BOOKINGS:

1. Two time slots available – Monday to Saturday 12:00pm to 6:00pm OR 6:30pm to Close.

For all other times please do get in touch as we may be able to accommodate you. Fees may apply. 

2. Bookings available for up to 50 guests.

3. $500 deposit

4. Minimum $1000 spend at the bar for lounge bookings

5. Minimum catering for 20 guests for lounge bookings

6. Please advise if children will be attending in order for us to allocate space away from the bar.

A FEW REQUIREMENTS IN ADDITION TO MEMBERSHIP FOR RESTAURANT BOOKINGS:

1. Bookings can be made 7 days a week except on Sundays during the sailing season from October to April each year. Please let us know if you require a booking outside of these times as we may be able to accommodate. Fees may apply.

2. Bookings available for up to 30 guests. 

3. Set menu required for bookings of 14 guests or more.
